We understand your team performs critical tasks with torque equipment. Knowing this, we put our labs and technicians through strenuous monthly audits and trainings making sure our service is in line with the standards you require.
Our labs are audited yearly by PJLA (Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation) making sure our labs are performing to the ISO standards we follow.
Our Quality Manuals are in accordance to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and our Calibration results are traceable metrologically through NIST to SI (System International). Standards are traceable to US NIST. Measurement of Uncertainties are listed on all calibration certificates unless noted otherwise by our customers. We offer both Simple Acceptance and Guard-banding validation methods. Simple Acceptance is Pass or Fail is based solely on the tolerance with no additional accounting of uncertainty. Guard-banding is Pass, Fail, Pass-Indeterminate or Fail-Indeterminate in accounting of uncertainties by an algebraically method.
